DESCRIPTION: Country house located in the northern Hemidelta, municipality of Deltebre, at the mouth of the Ebro river. It has an area of 100 hectares, of which 58 hectares are dedicated to growing rice. It is located next to Laguna Vieja, the largest in the northern area of the Ebro Delta. Reeds, rice paddies and lagoons make this area an ideal habitat for native avian fauna, and favor the winter stay of waterfowl from Central Europe. . This area also presents a rich variety of environments: The mouth of the Ebro river, spectacular beaches, dunes, riverside forest, coastal lagoons, fluvial islands and springs coexist with rice fields, fishing, agriculture, livestock, hunting and The tourism.   In 2023 the restoration works of the Masia begin, and it opens to the public as rural accommodation.   The farmhouse is 170 m2. It has 4 bedrooms, two of them on with double bed; a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds; 3 complete bathrooms with shower, one of them with a hairdryer; spacious living room with two sofas, 50-inch Smart TV and a fireplace. All bedrooms and living room have a ceiling fan. Full American kitchen, with microwave, utensils, gas stove, oven, combi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nesspreso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. The house has heating, wifi. It has a large porch and a spacious outdoor area with barbecue, sun loungers, tables, chairs and a paraguayan hammock. The house has mosquito nets on all the windows.   AROUND: The Ebro Delta is one of the most unique spaces in Catalonia, with a great variety of environments, marked by the river, the beaches or the lagoons.
