Country house located in the northern Hemidelta, municipality of Deltebre, at the mouth of the Ebro river. It has an area of 100 hectares, of which 58 hectares are dedicated to growing rice.
It is located next to Laguna Vieja, the largest in the northern area of the Ebro Delta. Reeds, rice paddies and lagoons make this area an ideal habitat for native avian fauna, and favor the winter stay of waterfowl from Central Europe. . This area also presents a rich variety of environments: The mouth of the Ebro river, spectacular beaches, dunes, riverside forest, coastal lagoons, fluvial islands and springs coexist with rice fields, fishing, agriculture, livestock, hunting and The tourism.
In 2023 the restoration works of the Masia begin, and it opens to the public as rural accommodation.
The farmhouse is 170 m2. It has 4 bedrooms, two of them on with double bed; a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed and two single beds; 3 complete bathrooms with shower, one of them with a hairdryer; spacious living room with two sofas, 50-inch Smart TV and a fireplace. All bedrooms and living room have a ceiling fan. Full American kitchen, with microwave, utensils, gas stove, oven, combi, dishwasher, washing machine, Nesspreso coffee maker and Italian coffee maker. The house has heating, wifi. It has a large porch and a spacious outdoor area with barbecue, sun loungers, tables, chairs and a paraguayan hammock. The house has mosquito nets on all the windows.

The Ebro Delta is one of the most unique spaces in Catalonia, with a great variety of environments, marked by the river, the beaches or the lagoons. It is also the most important aquatic habitat in the territory, and presents a rich variety of environments: river, sea, bays, beaches, dunes, salt marshes, riverside forest, coastal lagoons, fluvial islands and springs coexist with rice fields, fishing, agriculture, livestock, hunting and tourism.
The confluence of the marine and continental environments favors a high diversity of fish species, around fifty. As for birds, more than 400 species have been cited and it brings together some of the most important breeding colonies of seabirds in the Mediterranean. The flora presents 764 species.
You can do all kinds of activities and there are many itineraries to do on foot, by bicycle, canoe or horse, as it has many areas of interest, such as L'Encanyissada, La Tancada, Els Ullals de Baltasar, Punta de la Banya, the island of Buda, the Migjorn, the Mouth, the Punta del Fangar, the Bassa de les Olles, the Canal Vell lagoon and the Garxal.

Situación privilegiada, con mucha tranquilidad y con Deltebre cerca para cualquier cosa. La casa con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Suggestions or improvements: Cocina con muy poco espacio para almacenar, lo tuvimos que dejar todo (compra) por encima. Algún mueble no vendría nada mal.

Masía Blanca es una pasada! Hemos estado 8 personas y nos hemos sentido muy a gusto. Vero nos facilitó enormemente tanto la entrada como la salida permitiéndonos estar el tiempo que quisiéramos.

Una casa Molt maca, tant per grupos com per familias amb nens, tot Molt comode i practic, la ubicacio excelent, apartada del poble pero ideal per fer excursions , Molt a prop lloguen bicis ( electriques, normal i amb o carretons per nens petits, a la Platja s’ho ha d’anar en cotxe pero están a 10 minuts.

La limpieza correcta, pero se podría mejorar.
La casa es súper espaciosa y muy limpia, y el entorno brutal. Sin duda alguna volveremos y recomendaremos.
