A detached villa built on a 700 m2 plot. It has a garden with lawn and 8x4 swimming pool. It is located 300 m. from the sea, 500 m. from Calafat marina, and 600 m. from the beach called "L´Almadrava", which is more than 1 km. long and sandy. The house (not including terraces) is 100 m2 and has one double bedroom + a single bed, one bedroom with bunks which leads to another room with double bed, a bathroom with bath, a toilet, an open plan kitchen and a living room which opens on to a 20 m2 covered terrace with barbecue. The house also has an outside shower.
It has kitchen utensils, a dinner service, glasses, etc. There are gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwaves, coffee-maker and TV.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA
The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation. There are many fantastic beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them very quiet and some of them untouched. A perfect place to walk on the GR-92 route, go for a bike ride, boat or kayak trip, or go scuba diving and discover the secrets that lie at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant Jordi.
On the Costa Dorada, is were you will find the Calafat urbanization sea front, racing circuit and marina of the same name. Calafat has more than 2 km of coastline, It's located in the municipality of L'Ametlla de Mar , a small fishing village reknown for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes to the south you will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park, a beautiful place you need to visit! You can dive with the largest tuna in the world and enjoy exciting moments, sail on a modern and innovative catamaran.

Quiet neighbors in the estate, clean swimming pool, efficient air conditioning, mosquito nets on the windows, access to kitchen equipment - dishwasher, wide beds. Cons: no clear information in the offer about the proximity of a go-kart track open both during the week and on weekends and VERY TROUBLE NOISE... (!) Distance to the nearest beach in a slightly mountainous area. A plus for quick communication and response to reported minor difficulties from the Calafat Holydays office.Thank you for your cooperation. Best regards. Suggestions or improvements: Cons: no clear information in the offer about the proximity of a go-kart track open both during the week and on weekends, and VERY TROUBLE NOISE... (!) Distance to the nearest beach in a slightly mountainous area, no information about the type of surface on the beach - sandy with stones. View from the beach of an active large industrial plant - chimneys, pipes... The beach from the attached folders is almost 2 km away, is small and has a rocky entrance to the water... Such information should be provided openly and honestly and specified in the offer. The sun loungers by the pool are quite worn and worn - there are cracks due to plastic wear. Artificial grass by the pool which gets very hot on hot days. There are no awnings on the outside of the house and no protection during strong sunlight during the day. We did not find a washing machine during our stay (it was possible that it was in one of the utility rooms, but none of the keys we received matched the other doors). Poor infrastructure - one small shop with poor supplies. Larger market a few kilometers away in L'Ametlla de Mar.
