DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA
The Costa Dorada is the most laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation. En general muy bien, disfrutamos mucho del exterior de la casa y también que pudimos ir a la playa andando Suggestions or improvements: La persiana de una habitación de matrimonio no cerraba bien y entraba luz de buena mañana. Echamos a faltar abridor de botellas tanto de vino como de chapa, suerte que llevábamos. También faltan herramientas para la limpieza de la barbacoa.

Casa perfecta para vacaciones en familia, zona tranquila, piscina ideal, habitaciones. Repetiremos seguro! Suggestions or improvements: Se agradecería elementos de cocina útiles para el nº de inquilinos máximo en la casa, así como una revisión del lavavajillas, ya que no funcionó correctamente.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé l'extérieur de la maison avec la piscine entourée de gazon synthétique, la terrasse et le coin barbecue. Nous avons passés la semaine dehors! Maison spacieuse. Génial 3 salles de bains car nous étions 9 !! Bien placée dans un quartier calme et à proximité de la plage et d'une crique. Suggestions or improvements: Nous avons eu beaucoup de petits détails qui n'allaient pas sans malgré tout nous gâcher le séjour.

Extérieur très agréable, la piscine est superbe avec de l'herbe artificielle de bonne qualité autour. Coin barbecue et balançoire pour les enfants, ainsi qu'un hamac à l'ombre pour la sieste ! Terrasse ombragée. Garage privé où l'on peut garer 2 voitures Suggestions or improvements: La piscine est souvent à l'ombre car entourée par 3 grands pins, quelques branches pourraient être coupées. Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans le dortoir des enfants, ce n'était pas précisé sur l'annonce, chaleur assez insupportable pour la nuit en plein été.....heureusement nous avions emmené des ventilateurs. Pas d'aspirateur dans la maison.

La zona de la piscina y la barbacoa están estupendas así como el porche de la casa Suggestions or improvements: Hay pequeños detalles que podrían mejorarse en cuanto al mantenimiento interior de la vivienda, pero en general la casa está muy bien.

La piscina espectacular, exteriores grandes y con mucha vegetación. Casa muy amplia. Bonita zona de barbacoa. Soleada y ventilada y también con sombras. Buena respuesta en general de la inmobiliaria. Suggestions or improvements: Camas incomodas, colchones a renovar. Escasez de menaje en la cocina. Mantenimiento muy deficiente, habia varias cosas rotas, incluso nos podriamos haber hecho daño ( se cayó una madera, enchufe saltando chispas...). El circuito de motos se oye todo el dia cuando corren (hasta agosto no cierran).

La villa es muy bonita y esta cerca de la playa Suggestions or improvements: La habitación con 4 personas no tiene aire lo que es bastante incoherente ya que hay más gente, en verano tampcoo puedes tener las ventanas abiertas porqje hay muchos mosquitos, recomiendo que lleven repelente

No hay nada para poder limpiar la barbacoa,se quedo usada por no tener enseres de limpieza
Solo dejan una cajita mini de cerillas para cocinar que ademas estaba humedecida,es cocina de butano
Nadie en el grupo fumaba,tuvimos que ir a comprar cerillas grandes o un chispero de cocina
Alguna cosa a solucionar como el colgador del baño,el cajetin de la lavadora,la cortina de la ducha etc
La vaisselle était sale, grosse fuite du robinet d'eau du lave linge, beaucoup d'ampoules de l'extérieur grillées surtout au niveau du barbecue et l'absence de clim dans les chambres enfants ! Ils ont squattés le salon en mode camping toute la semaine car c'était intenable sinon pour dormir!
Tiene mucho espacio y hay 2 habitaciones con aire
En el parking caben 2 coches por lo que se pueden guardar los coches ahí perfectamente
Además dan muy poco papel higiénico, mejor llevarse unos rollos de casa para estar mejor y más cómodos
También el lavabo de la planta baja pierde agua
