Charming apartment on first and top floor, next to a group of six residences overlooking the sea and near “Cala Calafaté” beach. It is 70 m2 and has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen which opens onto a terrace wich has a washing machine and an outside shower. The living room, which has a sofa-bed and fireplace, opens on to a covered terrace overlooking to the sea. It also has a barbecue. It has an electric oven, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and TV. Internet connexion via Wifi (on demand).
DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA
The Costa Dorada is the most laureated in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation. They are beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them without crowds and some of them untouched. A perfect scenario to walk on the GR-92 route, take a bike, boat or kayak trip, or go scuba diving and discover the secrets that lie at the bottom of the Gulf of Sant Jordi. On the Costa Dorada, there is the Calafat sea front, where we find the urbanization, racing circuit and marina of the same name. The quiet and high standing urbanization of Calafat , with more than 2 km of coastline, is located in the municipality of the fishing village of L'Ametlla de Mar, known for the high quality of its fish. 20 minutes to the south you will find the Delta del Ebro Natural Park and you can try one of the restaurants where the best rice in the country is cooked. You can dive with the largest tuna in the world and enjoy exciting moments, sailing on a modern and innovative catamaran. Limpieza buena, buena ubicacion, amplio Suggestions or improvements: Lo peor son los pinos que impiden la vista eso hace q no sea 10, cafetera italiana y vasos insuficientes.

Apartamento súper cómodo en un lugar maravilloso. Las vistas desde el balcón y el sonido del mar pura medicina. Los pinos quitan un poco de vista pero nos pareció fenomenal que no los corten, es maravilloso ver el mar a través de sus ramas. Nos encantó estar en el lugar. La atención del personal maravillosa. Muchas gracias por todo! Suggestions or improvements: Nos costó encontrar cuál era el apartamento n°4, incluso con el mapa y las fotos. Iría muy bien que el número estuviera indicado en la puerta. Tampoco supimos qué puerta de las 2, era para entrar, hasta que ya estuvimos dentro. Las escaleras hasta el apartamento también fue una intriga encontrarlas, todas las puertas son iguales y no hay ninguna indicación.

Apartamento acorde a su precio con situacion inigualable cerca del agua. El apartamento consta de todas las necesidades para una estancia agradable .estuvimos en invierno y no pasemos nada de frio han puesto solucion a otras reseñas. Suggestions or improvements: Para ser constructivos sofa poco comodo , cafetera necesita un cambio. Y dar dos copias de llaves ya que si uno sale la puerta de la comunidad queda cerrada , dejando encerrada a la segunda persona.

Genial no, lo siguiente. Apartamento amplio, cama de matrimonio comodisima, todo exterior super bien situado y zona muy tranquila, la barbacoa super comoda y con una buena terraza para disfrutar de las vistas al mar, aparcamiento en la misma puerta. Nosotros hace 6 años que vamos a Calafat y este apartamento nos ha gustado mucho. Recomendable 100% Suggestions or improvements: Por poner una pega...cuchillos de mesa para comer a diario que corten y una cafetera un poco mas grande y mas nueva.

La situación es ideal, muy cerca de la playa. El apartamento está bien, aunque la cama de matrimonio y el sofá no son nada cómodos. Suggestions or improvements: Cambiar el sofá es imprescindible. La cama de matrimonio también sería bueno renovarla.

sofá cubierto por una sábana… ¿!por qué!???
Faltaba gel de baño y en la cocina : sal, azúcar….
el secador de pelo no funcionaba
en la terraza sólo funcionaba una de las luces
en una de las camas la sábana bajera tenía un agujero de quemada de cigarrillo
En general: falta bastante mantenimiento
El acceso y fotos de exterior no ayudan a localizar, el sofa muy incomodo aunque no se uso mad q un rato. Desmerece mucho una buena terraza y no poder disfrutar de las vistas. La rejilla de la bbq esta muy vieja. Falta actualizar cubiertos, no hay para carne
