Apartment located within a residential complex of 24 homes, with a communal pool and from which you access the beautiful beach of “Cala Llobeta” via private stairs from the complex. The apartment consists of a room with a double bed with access to the terrace, one with two single beds, a living-dining room with access to a large covered terrace with garden furniture, a full bathroom and an equipped kitchen.
This property welcomes families and groups of responsible adults but does not allow youth events or parties.
DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA
The Costa Dorada is the most famous coastlines in Catalonia with 37 blue flag beaches, known for their quality and excellent state of conservation. There are many fantastic beaches and small dreamy coves with turquoise and crystalline waters, most of them very quiet and some of them untouched. Es el segundo año que hemos estado en este apartamento y el quinto que hemos estado en este complejo y es muy tranquilo y agradable Suggestions or improvements: Creo que seria interesante que aunque ahora hay aire acondicionado se instalasen ventiladores en las habitaciones y en la terraza, no habria que utilizar tanto en aire acondicionado y el consumo es bastante menor. Con las temperaturas que tenemos actualmente vendria muy bien. El aire solo se tendria que utilizar para refescar un poco el apartamento y despues con los ventiladores seria suficiente

Agence très réactive et accommodante. Suggestions or improvements: Renouveler poêles et casseroles qui ne sont pas adaptés à la plaque induction. Le téléviseur dont l’image est dégradée. Un deuxième siège pour aller à la plage.

Uno de los apartamentos mejor equipados que hemos estado, limpio, moderno, bonita terraza, Suggestions or improvements: Al realizar nuestra estancia en semana santa aún hacía un poco de frío y hechamos de menos una estufa o pequeño calefactor para la estancia. El piso es frío de por si por su orientación.

Bon emplacement et, pour moi, le meilleur atout est la terrasse, avec accès direct à la piscine la cala llobeta et la plage de sable du port Calafat.

Los vecinos de al lado (bajoC) haciendo barbacoas nos echaban el humo. No sé si está permitido.
